High-Performance UHMWPE Wear Pads for Demanding Applications

Our UHMWPE wear pads are machined from 100% virgin ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sheet, rod, or profile. They deliver exceptionally low friction, outstanding abrasion resistance, and reliable performance from -200°C to 80°C. We supply custom sizes up to 2000 mm × 1000 mm × 100 mm with tight tolerances and food-grade options.

Quality Control

Incoming inspection: UHMWPE sheet and rod density and molecular weight verified per batch.

Q: What is the difference between UHMWPE and HDPE?
UHMWPE has a much higher molecular weight (≥4.5 million g/mol) than HDPE, giving it significantly better abrasion resistance, impact strength, and lower friction.
