UHMW Plastic Sheet — also supplied as virgin UHMWPE sheet, UHMW polyethylene sheet, or UHMW plastic panel — is produced from 100% virgin ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin. Standard thicknesses run from 3 mm to 50 mm. Maximum panel size in a single piece is 4000 mm × 2000 mm. We cut to size by CNC routing or waterjet. Standard cut tolerance is ±0.5 mm; ±0.2 mm is available on request. Natural (white), black, and green (FDA) colours are stocked. Continuous operating temperature is -200 °C to 80 °C.

Key Performance Data
- Coefficient of friction 0.10–0.15 against polished steel, dry. Bulk materials slide without sticking.
- Abrasion loss ≤80 mm³ (sand-slurry per ASTM G65). Outlasts steel by 3–5× in sliding wear against wet ores and aggregates.
- Water absorption below 0.01%. No swelling in fresh or salt water after 12 months submerged.
- Remains ductile at -200 °C. Does not crack under rock impact.
- FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 compliant. Natural and green grades suitable for food and grain contact.
- UV-stabilized black grades available for outdoor use.

Packaging & Container Loading
- Sheets interleaved with PE foam → wrapped in PE film → edge-protected → packed in corrugated box or on flat pallet.
- Pallets are ISPM 15 heat-treated fumigated (1.1 m × 1.1 m).
- Maximum pallet gross weight: 800 kg.
- 20GP container: approx. 10 pallets; 40HQ: approx. 20 pallets.
Quality Control
- Incoming inspection: UHMWPE resin molecular weight and density verified per batch.
- In-process: thickness and cut dimensions laser-checked on first-off piece and every 25 pcs.
- Batch traceability: unique lot number marked on each sheet edge. Traceable to resin batch and production date.
