Nylon Material Range — Selecting the Right Grade
PA6 (Polyamide 6)
General-purpose nylon with good toughness, fatigue resistance, and easier flow. Ideal for housings, clips, gears, and structural parts. Heat stabilized grades available for continuous 150°C service.
PA66 (Polyamide 66)
Higher melting point, better stiffness and creep resistance than PA6. Commonly used in automotive engine components, electrical connectors, and industrial bearings. Tolerates higher operating temperatures (up to 180°C short-term).
Glass-Filled Nylon (PA6+GF / PA66+GF)
