Cast Nylon Sheet — also referred to as cast nylon plate or PA6G sheet — is produced by casting caprolactam. The process creates a low‑stress, highly crystalline structure with better wear resistance than extruded nylon. Standard thicknesses run from 5 mm to 100 mm. Stock sheet size is 1000 mm × 2000 mm. Natural (ivory) and black are available. Continuous operating temperature is -40 °C to 90 °C.

- Each sheet interleaved with PE foam → wrapped in PE film → packed in 5‑ply corrugated box or on flat pallet.
- Pallets are ISPM 15 heat‑treated fumigated (1.1 m × 1.1 m).
- Maximum pallet gross weight: 1000 kg.
- 20GP container: approx. 10 pallets; 40HQ: approx. 20 pallets.
