30% Glass-Filled PEEK Sheet is a compression-molded or extruded plate made from Victrex® or equivalent PEEK resin compounded with 30% by weight glass fiber. Also referred to as 30% GF PEEK sheet or glass-reinforced PEEK plate. Standard thicknesses run from 2 mm to 50 mm. Sheet size is 1000 mm × 1000 mm. Continuous operating temperature is 260 °C. Short-term peak reaches 300 °C. Natural (tan) and black are stock colours.

- Flexural modulus holds above 8 GPa at 200 °C. The 30% GF PEEK sheet retains 85 % of its room‑temperature tensile strength at 260 °C after 1000 h.
- Heat deflection temperature reaches 315 °C under 1.8 MPa load — 170 °C higher than unfilled PEEK.
- Resistant to steam, hot water, and all organic solvents. No weight change after 30 days in concentrated HCl at 80 °C.
- UL 94 V‑0 down to 1.5 mm. Limited oxygen index 35 %. Smoke density per ASTM E662 below 0.05 (Ds, 4 min).
- Surface resistivity above 10¹⁵ Ω. No conductive path forms after 96 h at 40 °C / 95 % RH.
- Weight 55 % lighter than aluminum with identical stiffness‑to‑weight ratio.

- Sheets interleaved with PE foam → wrapped in PE film → packed in 5‑ply corrugated box.
