We machine custom PEEK components from Victrex® or equivalent polyetheretherketone stock shapes — rod, sheet, and tube. Unfilled PEEK, 30 % glass‑filled PEEK, and carbon‑filled PEEK are available. Also known as custom PEEK machined parts or PEEK CNC machining components, these parts are produced on 3‑ and 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes. Maximum part envelope is 600 mm × 400 mm × 300 mm. Standard dimensional tolerance is ±0.05 mm. Tighter tolerances can be quoted. Order quantity from 1 prototype to 20,000 parts.

Key Performance Data
- PEEK GF30 tensile strength reaches 165 MPa at room temperature. Retains 85 % of that value after 1000 h at 260 °C.
- Hardness Rockwell M99 (unfilled) and M102 (GF30). Wear factor below 1×10⁻⁶ mm³/N·m for unfilled PEEK against hardened steel.
- Resistant to steam, hot water, concentrated acids (except nitric), bases, and all organic solvents. Weight change after 30 days in 37 % HCl at 80 °C: <0.1 %.
- UL 94 V‑0 down to 1.5 mm thickness. Limiting oxygen index 35 %. Smoke density Ds (ASTM E662, 4 min) below 0.05.
- Dielectric strength 20 kV/mm. Volume resistivity above 10¹⁶ Ω·cm. Insulation resistance stable after 96 h at 40 °C / 95 % RH.
- Outgassing per ASTM E595: TML <0.5 %, CVCM <0.1 %.

Packaging & Container Loading
- Each part wrapped in PE foam or VCI paper → PE bag → partitioned corrugated box.
- Boxes stacked on ISPM 15 heat‑treated fumigated pallet (1.1 m × 1.1 m).
- Maximum pallet gross weight: 800 kg.
- 20GP container: approx. 10 pallets; 40HQ: approx. 20 pallets.
Quality Control
- Incoming inspection: PEEK stock shape tensile and density verified per batch. Material certificate retained.
- In‑process: first‑article inspection (FAI) per AS9102 or ISO 9001; critical dimensions checked with CMM.
- Final QC: AQL 1.0 sampling, full dimensional report on request. Batch traceability via lot number linked to material heat number and machining date.
