Cast Nylon Rod — also supplied as PA6G rod or cast nylon bar — is manufactured by casting caprolactam with a catalyst system. This process yields low internal stress, high crystallinity, and better wear resistance than extruded nylon. Diameter range is 10 mm to 200 mm. Standard length is 1000 mm. Continuous service temperature spans -40 °C to 90 °C. Natural (ivory) and black colours are stock items.

Packaging & Container Loading
- Each rod wrapped in PE film → packed in 5‑ply corrugated box.
- Boxes stacked on ISPM 15 heat-treated fumigated pallet (1.1 m × 1.1 m).
- Maximum pallet gross weight: 800 kg.
- 20GP container: approx. 10 pallets; 40HQ: approx. 20 pallets.
Quality Control
- Incoming inspection: raw material melt flow index and density verified per batch.
