UHMWPE Round Rod is extruded from 100% virgin ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin. Also supplied as UHMWPE round bar or virgin UHMWPE rod. Standard diameters run from 10 mm to 200 mm. Standard length is 1000 mm. Cut-to-length pieces and CNC-machined features (flats, grooves, drilled holes) are available. Continuous operating temperature is -200 °C to 80 °C. Natural (white), black, and green colours are stocked.

- Abrasion loss ≤80 mm³ (sand-slurry per ASTM G65). Outlasts nylon 6 by 2–3× in sliding wear.

- Each rod wrapped in PE film → bundled → packed in 5‑ply corrugated box.
- Boxes stacked on ISPM 15 heat-treated fumigated pallet (1.1 m × 1.1 m).
