Anti-Static UHMWPE Parts are machined from ESD-grade ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sheet and rod. Also referred to as ESD UHMWPE parts or anti-static UHMWPE machined components. Surface resistivity is 10⁶–10⁹ Ω per IEC 61340-2-3. CNC milling and turning from stock up to 2000 mm × 1000 mm × 80 mm. Standard dimensional tolerance is ±0.10 mm. Tighter tolerances to ±0.05 mm quoted on request. Standard colours are black and grey. Continuous operating temperature is -50 °C to 80 °C.

- Coefficient of friction 0.12–0.18 against steel. No stick-slip. Protects sensitive components from mechanical damage.
- Abrasion loss ≤90 mm³ (sand-slurry per ASTM G65). Outlasts nylon and acetal in sliding contact by 2–3×.
- Water absorption <0.01%. No change in surface resistivity after 96 h at 40 °C / 95% RH.

Packaging & Container Loading
- Each part sealed in anti-static PE bag → partitioned corrugated box.
- Boxes stacked on ISPM 15 heat-treated fumigated pallet (1.1 m × 1.1 m).
- Maximum pallet gross weight: 800 kg.
- 20GP: approx. 10 pallets; 40HQ: approx. 20 pallets.
Quality Control
- Incoming inspection: resistivity-tested UHMWPE sheet and rod verified per batch.
- In-process: surface resistivity spot-checked on 5% of parts per shift per IEC 61340-2-3.
- Batch traceability: unique lot number marked on each part. Traceable to material batch and machining date.
