PTFE Hollow Bar is an extruded or compression-molded tube made from 100% virgin PTFE. It serves as a chemical-resistant sleeve, electrical insulator, and non-stick bushing. Outer diameters range from 15 mm to 200 mm. Inner diameters range from 5 mm to 150 mm. Standard length is 1000 mm. Continuous operating temperature spans -200 °C to 260 °C.

Key Performance Data
- Water absorption below 0.01%. No dimensional change in wet or humid conditions.
- Static friction coefficient 0.04–0.08 against polished steel. Stick-slip eliminated at low speeds.
- Inert to almost all chemicals except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine under pressure.
- No embrittlement after 1000 hours at 260 °C. Flexibility retained at -200 °C.
- Flame rating UL 94 V‑0. Self-extinguishing.

Packaging & Container Loading
- Each bar wrapped in PE film → bundled by diameter → packed in 5‑ply corrugated box.
- Boxes stacked on ISPM 15 heat-treated fumigated pallet (1.1 m × 1.1 m).
- Maximum pallet gross weight: 800 kg.
- 20GP container: 10 pallets; 40HQ: 20 pallets.
Quality Control
- Incoming inspection: virgin resin DSC melting point and moisture content verified per batch.
- In‑line monitoring: OD and ID measured with laser micrometer on 10% of bars every shift. Tensile specimen pulled from 1 bar per 200 kg.
- Batch traceability: unique lot number laser-marked on each bar. Traceable to resin lot and molding date.
