UHMWPE Round Tube is extruded from 100% virgin ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Also referred to as UHMWPE pipe or UHMWPE tubing. Outer diameters range from 20 mm to 400 mm. Wall thicknesses from 3 mm to 30 mm. Standard length is 1000 mm; cut-to-length pieces and machined features are available. Continuous operating temperature spans -200 °C to 80 °C. Natural (white), black, and green colours are stocked.

Packaging & Container Loading

  • Each tube wrapped in PE film → bundled in 5–10 pieces → packed in 5‑ply corrugated box.
  • Boxes stacked on ISPM 15 heat-treated fumigated pallet (1.1 m × 1.1 m).
  • Maximum pallet gross weight: 800 kg.
  • 20GP: approx. 10 pallets; 40HQ: approx. 20 pallets.

Quality Control

  • Incoming inspection: UHMWPE resin molecular weight and density verified per batch.
  • In-line monitoring: OD and wall thickness checked with laser micrometer on 10% of tubes per shift.
