UHMWPE Hopper Liners are custom-fabricated from 100% virgin ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sheet. Also supplied as UHMW hopper liners, UHMWPE bin liners, or UHMW polyethylene chute liners. We process panels up to 4000 mm × 2000 mm × 50 mm in a single piece. CNC routing and waterjet cutting allow bolt-hole patterns, countersinks, and chamfers to be produced to your drawing. Thicknesses from 3 mm to 50 mm. Standard cut tolerance is ±0.5 mm; ±0.2 mm is available on request. Natural (white), black, and green colours are stocked. Continuous operating temperature is -200 °C to 80 °C.

Key Performance Data
- Static friction coefficient 0.10–0.15 against steel. Wet coal, clay, and ore do not adhere. UHMWPE bin liners eliminate bridging and rat-holing in hoppers.
- Abrasion loss (sand-slurry test, ASTM G65) ≤80 mm³. Service life exceeds abrasion‑resistant steel by 3–5× in sliding wear against mineral ores.
- Water absorption below 0.01%. No swelling or delamination after 12 months submerged. Handles freeze‑thaw cycles without cracking.
- Impact strength does not drop at -200 °C. Withstands rock impact without shattering.
- FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 compliant. Natural and green grades are suitable for grain, sugar, and food powder contact.

Packaging & Container Loading
- Each liner panel interleaved with PE foam → strapped bundle → edge‑protected → corrugated box or on flat pallet.
- Pallets are ISPM 15 heat‑treated fumigated (1.1 m × 1.1 m).
- Maximum pallet gross weight: 800 kg.
- 20GP container: approx. 10 pallets; 40HQ: approx. 20 pallets.
Quality Control
- Incoming inspection: UHMWPE sheet density and molecular weight verified per batch.
- In‑process: laser‑checked thickness and cut dimensions on first‑off piece and every 25 pcs. Bolt-hole pattern verified with go/no-go fixture.
- Batch traceability: unique lot number marked on each liner panel. Traceable to raw material batch and fabrication date.
