Extruded PEEK Tubing — also supplied as PEEK tube, PEEK capillary tubing, or extruded PEEK pipe — is made from 100% virgin polyetheretherketone resin. No fillers. No recycled content. Outer diameters range from 0.5 mm to 50 mm. Inner diameters from 0.25 mm to 40 mm. Standard length is 1000 mm; 2000 mm and cut lengths are available. Continuous operating temperature is -50 °C to 260 °C. Short‑term peak reaches 300 °C. Natural (tan) is stock colour. Black (carbon‑filled) is available on request.

Key Performance Data
- Coefficient of friction 0.30–0.35 against steel, dry (ASTM D1894). No stick‑slip.
- Tensile strength retains over 50 % of its room‑temperature value at 250 °C (ISO 527). Long‑term exposure at 260 °C causes no chemical degradation.
- Resistant to steam, hot water, concentrated acids (except nitric), bases, and all organic solvents. No weight gain after 30 days in 37 % HCl at 80 °C.
- UL 94 V‑0 at 1.5 mm. Limiting oxygen index 35 %. Smoke density Ds (ASTM E662, 4 min) below 0.05.
- Dielectric strength 20 kV/mm. Volume resistivity above 10¹⁶ Ω·cm. Insulation resistance remains stable after 96 h at 40 °C / 95 % RH.
- Low outgassing: total mass loss (ASTM E595) <0.5 %; collected volatile condensable material <0.1 %.
