Virgin PTFE Film is a skived film made from 100% virgin polytetrafluoroethylene resin. No recycled content. No plasticizer. Continuous operating temperature range is -200 °C to 260 °C. Dielectric strength exceeds 60 kV/mm for films below 0.10 mm. Standard thicknesses are 0.025, 0.05, 0.10, 0.25, 0.30, and 0.50 mm. Standard width is 1000 mm. Slit rolls down to 10 mm available.

Key Performance Data
- No measurable moisture absorption (water absorption <0.01% per ASTM D570).
- Coefficient of friction 0.04–0.08 (static, against steel, per ASTM D1894).
- Resistant to virtually all chemicals except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine at elevated pressure.
- UV and weathering resistance: no property change after 10 000 h in a xenon arc tester.
- Non-aging. No embrittlement after 1000 h at 260 °C in air.

Packaging & Container Loading
- Film wound on 76 mm (3″) paper core → PE bag wrap → 5-ply corrugated box.
- Master rolls up to 200 kg on pallets with edge protectors.
- Boxes stacked on ISPM 15 heat-treated fumigated pallet (1.1 m × 1.1 m).
- Maximum pallet gross weight: 800 kg.
- 20GP container: approx. 10 pallets; 40HQ: approx. 20 pallets.
Quality Control
- Incoming inspection: virgin resin certificate of analysis verified per batch. DSC melting point check.
- In‑line monitoring: thickness measured continuously via laser gauge (resolution 1 µm). Dielectric puncture test every 200 linear meters.
- Batch traceability: each roll tagged with unique lot number. Traceable to incoming resin lot and skiving date.
